Germination rates, seed and berry data of juniper trees from UK populations under a warm-cool stratification glasshouse experiment

This dataset includes data describing the berries and seeds of 172 juniper trees from nineteen populations across the UK and the proportional germination rate of each tree. Berries were collected and processed in 2015 and used in a germination trial that ran from 2015-2018.

Variables included: average berry and seed weights, estimates of the number of viable and nonviable seeds, average number of seeds per berry, proportion of viable seeds that germinated.
