Selection-pressure analysis data for TMPRSS12 across 146 actinopterygian fishes: alignments, trees, HyPhy outputs, and scripts

Alignments, phylogenetic trees, HyPhy JSON output files, and analysis scripts for the selection-pressure analyses of TMPRSS12 across 146 actinopterygian (ray-finned fish) species, reported in the manuscript "Loss of ACR and Retention of Its Ancient Paralog TMPRSS12 in the Evolution of Teleost Fertilization" (Biology, MDPI). The package includes the final codon alignment (303 codons), IQ-TREE tree files (including stem-plus-crown, crown-only, and aBSREL-annotated trees), RELAX/BUSTED/aBSREL/MEME/FEL/FUBAR HyPhy outputs (covering the four RELAX foreground definitions and the A1/A2/B1-B4 robustness analyses), site-level result tables, and all analysis scripts. A README file maps each file to the corresponding analysis.
