Data and code for the study: Flow composition mediates the sensitivity to air temperature of streams in a Qinghai-Tibetan watershed

This dataset includes observed and simulated river water temperature data for the upper Jinsha River Basin. The observed data span the period from 2006 to 2020 and were obtained through historical hydrological records. The simulated data were generated using an improved SWAT model coupled with CMIP6 climate scenarios. Future projections cover mid- and late-21st century periods under multiple Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, and SSP5-8.5).The simulations were performed using the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT; version 664, https://swat.tamu.edu/), with custom modifications to the glacier and stream temperature modules; the modified source files are provided in <i>SWAT-GLA-WT.zip</i>.
