通过采集、分析台州模具产业的知识产权相关数据,对数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计企业及个人在模具产业中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况和模具产业现有专利分布数据,了解台州模具产业企业及个人的专利大致情况,计算得到针对不同类型知识产权的数量及占比,以帮助台州模具产业研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1、数据采集:通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息,由第三方知识产权检索网站检索,对台州模具产业相关的授权和审核中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2、数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行处理,通过去除重复和有缺失的数据,对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算:对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计该专利权利人和台州模具产业整体的专利总数,及各类型专利的数量,发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比,实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比,外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4、数据应用:根据企业各类专利的比例范围与模具产业整体中各类专利占比情况相比较,了解企业专利布局情况,并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向,为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导,合理布局专利。
This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing intellectual property (IP)-related data of the Taizhou mold industry. Specifically, the data is aggregated by patent right holders, with statistics on the total number of patents and patent layout of enterprises and individuals in the mold industry, as well as the existing patent distribution across the Taizhou mold industry, to gain insights into the general patent status of enterprises and individuals in this sector. The quantity and proportion of different types of intellectual property are calculated, to assist enterprises engaged in R&D and production in the Taizhou mold industry in formulating intellectual property strategies and receiving patent application guidance. 1. Data Collection: Relevant information of granted and pending invention patents, utility model patents, and industrial design patents related to the Taizhou mold industry is retrieved from third-party intellectual property retrieval platforms, based on regional attributes, IPC classification numbers, patent titles, keywords and other relevant information. 2. Data Processing: Raw collected data is processed by eliminating duplicate and incomplete records, followed by data cleaning and classification. 3. Data Calculation: The collected data is aggregated by patent right holders. The total number of patents of the target patent right holder and the entire Taizhou mold industry, as well as the quantity of each patent type, are counted. The proportion of each patent type is calculated as follows: - Invention patent proportion = Number of invention patents / Total number of patents - Utility model patent proportion = Number of utility model patents / Total number of patents - Industrial design patent proportion = Number of industrial design patents / Total number of patents 4. Data Application: By comparing the proportion range of each patent type held by an enterprise with the overall proportion of each patent type in the Taizhou mold industry, the patent layout of the enterprise can be evaluated. This provides targeted guidance for enterprises to select appropriate subsequent patent application types, formulate tailored intellectual property strategies and receive patent application support for enterprises of different scales, so as to achieve reasonable patent layout.
