Mitogenome sequences of the Haemonini aquatic chrysomelid beetles

Leaf beetles of the tribe Haemonini (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Donaciinae) are aquatic throughout the juvenile and adult life and inhabit in clear water of wetlands. In this project, we assemble complete mitogenome sequences for 7 species from East Asia and North America to reconstruct their phylogenetic relationships and make the sequences available for environmental DNA studies.
