This project contains 6 samples (3 from wild and 3 from captive) of 16S amplicon sequencing data from fecal sample of adult Macaca radiata. This study is focused on the comparative microbiome profiling of wild and captive Macaca radiata. This study can provide a valuable insight into how the captivity influences microbial community and thereby overall host health.
