The following study deals with the values and attitudes of European students and how these attitudes change throughout their studies. The study includes numerous parallel investigations with students from Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Yugoslavia, which were coordinated by the European Coordination Centre for Research and Documentation in Social Science and conducted in the years 1977-1984. The study focuses on the communication of interdisciplinary ideas during studies and on the students´ attitudes towards science, university and academics.<br>Wave specific parts (only partly retained in subsequent panel waves) 1.
