本实验数据包含了绿的HCSG系列的14#,17#,20#,25#四款减速机扭转变形量随负载变化的实验数据,本实验数据用于研究谐波减速机时变刚度模型。实验装置是臂长0.4m的天平,施加重物每袋201g,测试从0重物开始,正负方向施加重物,并使用千分表在150mm处测量扭转变形位移。每款减速机至少进行4次往复施加重物的测试过程。数据采集时间为2020年4月到2020年6月,地点为北京市海淀区双清路30号清华大学,测试硬件:谐波减速机,千分表,自研天平式测量平台,实验配重。
This experimental dataset comprises experimental data on the torsional deformation of four reducers from the Green Harmonic HCSG series (models 14#, 17#, 20#, and 25#) as a function of applied load, intended for research on time-varying stiffness models of harmonic reducers. The experimental setup employs a balance with an arm length of 0.4 m. Each bag of test weights has a mass of 201 g. Tests commence with zero applied load, with weights applied in both positive and negative directions. A dial indicator is utilized to measure the torsional deformation displacement at a position 150 mm from the measurement point. Each reducer undergoes at least 4 cycles of reciprocating weight application tests. Data collection was conducted from April 2020 to June 2020 at Tsinghua University, No. 30 Shuangqing Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China. The test hardware includes harmonic reducers, dial indicators, a self-developed balance-type measurement platform, and experimental counterweights.
