First report of QoI resistance mutation G143A in Irish Venturia inaequalis populations.

Sequence data of three isolates for the investigation of the QoI resistance mutation G143A in Irish Venturia inaequalis populations. FASTA files for each isolate are provided, as well as a FASTA file for an alignment (Notredame, Higgins and Heringa, 2000) of the isolates against a reference sequence (Zheng and Köller, 1997). A Word file is also provided with the sequences matched to the reference in a more readable format, where the G to C base pair change from 5′ GGTGC 3′ into 5′ GCTGC 3′ is highlighted on samples A and B.
