SPA Squeezing Data and Analysis

Summary: 1. Unzip the zip files2. Make sure you're not differing wildly from the package list in pip_freeze.txt. You could use a venv if you want to be rigorous.3. Run view_spa_data_refactor_extra_graphs.py, for the body figures, and supplement_grapher.py, for the supplement figures. The two scripts that do the data processing and graph generation for the paper are view_spa_data_refactor_extra_graphs.py, for the body figures, and supplement_grapher.py, for the supplement figures. The two scripts attempt to save figures, and the supplement grapher requires a folder structure which is included in the folders.zip file. You will need to unzip that file into your working directory. figs/dummy.txt is just there so Windows will let me zip the otherwise-empty figs folder. Folder structure should be./figs./supplement/(a bunch of folders)./iq_data/(a bunch of folders)./(a bunch of .py files) The two main scripts run various other scripts, pulling data from the .db files and the hdf5 files. I believe I removed any references to other directories, so this should all be self-contained. Both scripts require overnight processing on my machine. Expect long waits.
