We utilized BCR-seq for the immuno-profiling of tumor-infiltrating B cells based on their B cell receptor repertoire measures as observed in the triple-negative breast cancer mouse model (4T1). B cells from four compartments: tumor, draining-lymph node, blood, and bone marrow were isolated and subjected to BCR-seq.
