This repository contains the R code and processed data used for the manuscript: Temperature alters interactions and keystone taxa in the marine microbiome. The analysis uses an empirical modeling approach (MDR S-map) and a six-year (2018-2023) record of microbial community composition (16S & 18S rRNA genes) collected at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography pier to quantify microbial interactions and their temporal changes.
