Gene activity predicts transcriptional bursting dynamics through coupled on and off periods

This repository contains all processed datasets used in the manuscript, provided as MATLAB data structures. These files include single-allele transcriptional activity time-lapse measurements from hundreds of Drosophila embryos under various conditions (7 endogenous genes and 3 mutant constructs). The data files serve as input to the MATLAB code available on GitLab (https://gitlab.pasteur.fr/tglab/liveburstrulepaper), which enables full reproduction of all results presented in the manuscript.
