This is the maternal haplotype of the Gorilla gorilla gorilla isolate KB3781 (ToLID: mGorGor1). This includes the maternal autosomes, chrX, MT, and unplaced sequence identified as maternal. This assembly was generated with Verkko using Pacbio HiFi and ONT UL data. Graph phasing to inform path selection was done using trio information (i.e., Illumina short reads from each parent).
