Four 3DGS fruit models (.ply) associated with the study on spatial growth dynamics in Rosaceae. The dataset includes full and trimmed reconstructions of a European pear and a Japanese apricot fruit, demonstrating reconstruction quality and the marking workflow used for region-specific growth analysis.
