本方案按照“1+N+1”总体架构建设，建设“1”个智慧水务大数据中心，“N”个供排水业务应用，构建智慧水务运行调度“1张图” ，实现对某市全市区域供水管网、排水管网、水厂、泵站、用户以及城市水务的全要素管理，覆盖城市供排水业务综合管控。

This solution is constructed in accordance with the overall "1+N+1" architecture. It builds one smart water big data center, N water supply and drainage business applications, and develops a "one-map" platform for smart water operation and scheduling. The solution enables full-element management of water supply pipelines, drainage pipelines, water treatment plants, pump stations, end users and urban water affairs across the entire city, covering the comprehensive management and control of urban water supply and drainage services.
