Gross value added from chilies in Kerala India FY 2012-2021

Chilies from the state of Kerala accounted for over 111 million Indian rupees in the Indian economy in fiscal year 2018. This value was slightly higher than the previous year's contribution of chilies from the state. Andhra Pradesh was the largest contributor for chilies to the agricultural gross value added among other states in the south Asian country, followed by Telangana.
