Effect of Nr4a1 overexpression on gene expression in mesenchymal stem cells (PRJCA019249)

The orphan nuclear receptor Nr4a1, also known as Nur77, is one of the transcription factors for which no specific ligand has been identified and is a key factor in the regulation of myeloid, lymphoid, and mesenchymal cell differentiation and function. However, the regulatory role of Nr4a1 on osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and the molecular mechanisms remain unclear. Here, transcriptome analyses reveal the gene expression changes after Nr4a1 overexpression in BMSCs.
