Gut microbiota analysis associated with CRC metastasis

Here we report 16S rRNA data in gut microbiota of metastatic colorectal cancer(MCa, n=9) patients compared with non-metastatic colorectal cancer(NMCa, n=7). A total of 614 operational taxonomic units(OTUs) were identified in the sequence data. Our data shows that Fusobacterium, Prevotella, Campylobacter, Clostridium and Peptostreptococcus are enriched in CRC tissues with metastasis as compared to CRC tissues without metastasis
