For each file, be and po indicate, respectively, whether it's the benthamiana (PVYNb) or potato (PVYSt) isolate. The numbers indicate the treatment (1 = tomato, 2 = potato, 3 = benthamiana, 4 = alternating hosts and 5 = mix), line (1 or 2) and passage, respectively.
