Dataset simulated according to the abundances of 100 species found in the simHC+ dataset from MaxBin (Wu et. al, 2014). Contains the following files.<br>- Contigs file- Paths file (metaSPAdes)- Assembly graph file (metaSPAdes)- Abundance file- Ground truth annotations- Binning results (including AMBER, and CheckM results)
