BENTHIC MONITORING 1988-2018 - NBEP 2020 (shapefile)

Point dataset of benthic monitoring sites in Narragansett Bay. Sites were monitored using sediment profile imaging techniques in 1988, 2008, and 2018. This dataset was created for the 2017 State of Narragansett Bay and Its Watershed Technical Report (nbep.org), and updated in 2019, by compiling the results of an evaluation of benthic habitat quality published by Shumchenia and King (2019). It is intended for general planning, graphic display, and GIS analysis.
