These are the minutes of the first and second meetings of the Council set up by the Government "to assist in the promotion of medical research in New South Wales on a systematic and co-ordinated basis". Several matters relating to research in hospitals were dealt with and a questionnaire on the subject composed by the Executive Committee (set up at the first meeting) is described. Included as an appendix is a report on the state of medical research presumably compiled from the replies to this. The minutes of the second meeting end with the statement that the next meeting of the Council "would be convened as soon as the Executive Committee had completed its deliberations". (5/5842). 1 vol.
