Data_PSS_Job performance

The dataset explores the intricate relationship between Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS) and Employee Job Performance (JP) within Vietnam's hospitality industry. It highlights the critical influence of Job Satisfaction (JS) and Organizational Commitment (OC) against the backdrop of the country's socialist economic structure. A structured questionnaire was circulated among travel agencies in Northern Vietnam, collecting 322 valid responses via snowball sampling.
