The dataset describes glycosylation reactions performed in an automated flow chemistry setup. Thioglycoside donors are coupled with thioglycoside acceptors at different temperatures. The resulting mixture is quenched and analysed via LC-ELSD/MS. Proudcts and starting materials are identified, relative ELSD areas calculated and MS chromatograms filters for discernible products.
