Synthesis of a Novel Mitochondrial Fluorescent Probe - Killing Cancer Cells in Vitro and in Vivo

To investigate the function and mechanism of mitochondrial probe molecule 4 (WT4, named MPM-1 in the manuscript) in inhibiting colorectal and lung cancers, we utilized SW480 cells treated with DMSO and mitochondrial probe molecule 4 (WT4, named MPM-1 in the manuscript), respectively. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of SW480-DMSO and SW480-WT4 cells.
