IntroductionWhen a generator applies and accepts a
connection offer issued by UK Power Networks, and it is connecting to a GSP with no available materiality headroom, UK Power Networks will submit a Transmission Impact Assessment application to vary the BCA (Bilateral Connection Agreement). 

Methodological Approach
Data is compiled from existing datashare between UK Power Networks and the National Energy System Operator.

Manual review and correct of data inconsistencies
Use of additional verification steps to ensure accuracy in the methodology
