Meadow transformations alter above- and belowground ecological networks and ecosystem multifunctionality

The dataset includes seven spreadsheets with data. 'Raw_data' are those used for linear mixed model analyses, including multi-trophic levels biodiversity, structure metrics of soil microbial network and pollination network, and ecosystem functioning variables. 'Metadata' showed details of each variable in 'raw data'. The species (OTU) composition of the plant, pollinator, bacterial and fungal communities are given in respective spreadsheets. The taxonomic information of each species (OTU) is given in the 'Species and OTU information' spreadsheet.
