Data and scripts for "Robustness of Off-Axis Electron Vortices in Nonuniform Magnetic Fields (2026)"

This package provides part of simulation data, source code and post-processing scripts used in “Robustness of Off-Axis Electron Vortices in Nonuniform Magnetic Fields [arXiv:2607.22315]". The simulation cases under different operating conditions and the corresponding files are provided in separate compressed archives. The files “a=160 y=+2 wr=2.zip”, “a=80 y=+2 wr=2.zip”, and “a=40 y=+2 wr=2.zip” contain the initial and final wavefunctions, the time-series data of observables, and the corresponding visualization scripts. These files correspond to Fig. 2(c–f). The IPython notebook “fig2ab.ipynb” generates Fig. 2(a–b) based on the time-evolution trajectories of these three simulation cases. The files “a=160 y=+2 wr=1.zip”, “a=160 y=+4 wr=1.zip”, and “a=160 y=+6 wr=1.zip” contain the Python scripts for the simulations and the corresponding visualization scripts. These files correspond to Fig. 3(c–f). The notebook “fig3ab.ipynb” generates Fig. 3(a–b) based on the time-evolution trajectories of these three simulation cases.
