Table S2. Purity analysis of meiocytes isolated from Stettler and Fielder using MeioCapture protocol. Data was collected from at least 3 independent replicates for each meiotic stage. The numbers within each replication represent the number of meiocytes present in 1 ΟL of meiocyte extract. The analysis of variance estimates showed no significant differences in success rate in identifying the correct prophase I sub-stages between CS, Fielder and Stettler. (XLSX 15 kb)
