16S rRNA gene sequencing of mealworm's gut bacteria was to 1) explore the composition and structure changes in bacterial community; 2) find different bacterial interactions in networks; 3) evaluate the metabolic potential of gut bacterial communities under bran, PS and PE diet conditions. Further achieve our purpose of analyzing the correlation between altered composition and structure and promoted functions.
