Transcription profiling of mouse strains (10) across 7 brain regions

Survey of gene expression in ten common inbred strains of laboratory mouse. Seven brain regions examined: amygdala, basal ganglia, cerebellum, frontal cortex, hippocampus, cingulate cortex, olfactory bulb. Experiment Overall Design: Tissue from three animals was pooled on each array. Three biological replicates per strainxregion condition. Animals were 4-5 weeks of age.针对10种常见实验用近交系实验室小鼠的基因表达谱调查研究。本研究共检测7个脑区：杏仁核(amygdala)、基底神经节(basal ganglia)、小脑(cerebellum)、额叶皮层(frontal cortex)、海马体(hippocampus)、扣带皮层(cingulate cortex)、嗅球(olfactory bulb)。实验整体设计如下：每张芯片上混合3只动物的组织样本；每个品系-区域组合设置3次生物学重复；实验动物均为4~5周龄。
