Prenatal Lipopolysaccharides Exposure Induces Transgenerational Inheritance of Hypertension

Prenatal lipopolysaccharides (PLPS) exposure can impair the ability to excrete a salt load and induce hypertension from the first to the third generations. Here we used RNA sequencing to detect transcriptome in the kidney of the hypertensive third generation PLPS-exposed offspring compared with normotensive third generation control offspring.
