Preferred-model slab datasets for the Java subduction zone
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains present-day (0 Ma) slab-related output from the preferred three-dimensional thermomechanical models of the West and East Java subduction zones. The preferred models use an effective coefficient of friction of 0.04 and a mechanical decoupling depth of 80 km. To limit file size, the archived files contain only grid points associated with the modeled slab rather than the full three-dimensional computational domain. Each dataset includes geographic coordinates, model coordinates, temperature, equilibrium maximum water content, dehydration gradient, slab-material identifier, and the temperature gradient along the slab surface in the subduction direction. The slab-material identifiers distinguish sediment, oceanic crust, and slab mantle. These data underlie the slab-temperature, dehydration, and related model results presented in the associated manuscript, including Figs. 3–6 and Fig. S14.
