Whole genome sequence analysis of Vibrio cholerae isolates responsible for cholera outbreak in Ethiopia

Ethiopia has challenged with continuous cholera outbreaks. Therefore, this study is aimed to analyze the whole genome sequence of V. cholerae in Ethiopia.
