Microbial community sequencing during aerobic composting of shiitake mushroom residue

This study aims to investigate the dynamic changes in microbial community structure and diversity during the aerobic composting of shiitake mushroom residue. High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the composition and succession of microbial communities at different composting stages.
