The HDF5 files contain AFM force-distance unfolding traces together with peak parameters of the curve. The datasets can be analyzed with scripts available at github (https://github.com/magnusbauer/AFM-CoV-2) and are executable directly in google colab (https://colab.research.google.com/github/magnusbauer/AFM-CoV-2/blob/main/AFM_analysis.ipynb).<br><br>The .mat-files contain the magnetic tweezer datasets for the respective figures. In the “Forces” files, the first column indicates the force, the second column indicates the start and the third column the end frame.<br>Extensions and distances are given in nm and a reference bead is subtracted from the extension trajectories to correct for drift.
