Towards Conceptual Clustering in EL with Simulation Graphs - Experimental Data and Extended Version

This repository contains: 1. The extended version of the submission to DL 2025 of the paper "Towards Conceptual Clustering in EL with Simulation Graphs" by Ruud van Bakel, Michael Cochez and Patrick Koopmann. The extended version is in the PDF "BakelCochezKoopmann2025 - extended-version.pdf" 2. The source code used to run the experiments, together with instructions on how to reproduce them. Check the "README.md" file in the "source code" folder. 3. The results of the two experiments described in the paper, which consisting of the generated simulation graphs and clustering results for each ontology. Those are found under "experiment results".
