Parameters of echocardiography obtained from shNC and shHRC mice at 11 weeks after sham or TAC operation. The most severe cardiac dilation and fractional shortening (FS) were observed in shHRC failure mice. shNC, negative control hearts through AAV9; shHRC, HRC-KD hearts through AAV9.
