资源简介:
The optimal solution space is typically characterized by many vertices and a few rays and linealities. Vertices originate from a combinatorial explosion of only a few CoPE-FBA subnetworks. Reversible-reaction splitting yields a unique characterization of this optimal solution space, but typically many more vertices (and rays) exist. With reversible-reaction splitting, there is one additional ray in the aerobic growth condition which concerns an irreversible cycle of oxygen.Characterization of the optimal solution space with and without reversible-reaction splitting.
