本数据集包含三个火龙果样本，分别为：成熟果、衰老果、TAP4处理果，采集后立即进行低温保存处理。经美吉生物平台标准化流程处理，本数据集符合国际单细胞测序联盟（HCA）数据标准。三个样本间技术重复性良好（Pearson相关系数>0.85），批次效应经生物信息学校正后可进行整合分析。This dataset includes three pitaya samples: mature fruit, senescence fruit, and TAP4-treated fruit, all of which were immediately cryopreserved after collection. Processed through the standardized pipeline of the Meiji Biological Platform, the dataset complies with the data standards of the International Human Cell Atlas (HCA). The three samples exhibit good technical reproducibility (Pearson correlation coefficient > 0.85), and batch effects can be corrected for integrated analysis following bioinformatic adjustment.
