Table of 18S rRNA Metagenomic Reads for Algae and other Protists with metadata

Here we used phylogenetic read placement of the 18S rRNA gene to examine eukaryotic algae and other protists in metagenomic depth profiles from the Western subpolar and subtropical North Atlantic obtained at 8 stations during the Geotraces GA02 transect in May 2010, a period of peak productivity.This dataset supports the paper "A Chaetoceros bloom in the Western North Atlantic."
