Transcriptome profiling of granulosa cells from PCOS patients and healthy controls

This study focuses on the transcriptome analysis of granulosa cells collected from patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and healthy controls. By performing RNA sequencing on these samples, we aim to identify key differentially expressed genes and molecular pathways involved in the pathogenesis of PCOS. The findings from this study may provide insights into the mechanisms underlying follicular development and dysfunction in PCOS, contributing to the understanding of reproductive abnormalities associated with the condition.
