scRNAseq_fullDataset_rdsObject

This is the RDS object containing the full dataset used to generate the Culex tarsalis midgut cell atlas (PMID: 39869679). Object consists of 12 scRNA-seq samples (allSample) that were QC'd (subset to remove ambient RNA, doublets, and cells with mitochondrial gene percentages >25%, RNA counts <100, and RNA counts >2500), log normalized individually, merged, and log normalized as one dataset (logNorm, nmn). Clusters were called using a resolution of 0.6 (res0.6). Metadata for this object has been updated to reflect cell types, timepoints, and infection condition (withMeta).
