To investigate and determine the role of EPIC1 overexpression in cancer cells, we established EPIC1 overexpressing MCF7 stable cells. Overall design: Full-length EPIC1 was amplified from total RNAs of MCF7 cells, retroviral EPIC1 expression plasmids constructed and stable EPIC1 overexpressing MCF7 cell line was established.
