Chiara et al 2021, Supplementary Tables

This repository contains the supplementary tables of a manuscript entitled: "Comparative genomics reveals early emergence and biased spatio-temporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 ". Published in MBE.
The repository provides:
1) The complete list of polymorphic sites in the genome of SARS-CoV-2 considered in the study and their functional annotation
2) A description of all Haplogroups (HGs) and Macrohaplogroups (MGs) defined in the study
3) The complete list of SARS-CoV-2 sequences considered in the study and their assignment to the corresponding HG and MHG
4) Estimates of allele frequencies based on the time intervals discussed in the paper
