Chiara et al 2021, Supplementary Tables

This repository contains the supplementary tables of a manuscript entitled: "Comparative genomics reveals early emergence and biased spatio-temporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 ". Published in MBE. The repository provides: 1) The complete list of polymorphic sites in the genome of SARS-CoV-2 considered in the study and their functional annotation 2) A description of all Haplogroups (HGs) and Macrohaplogroups (MGs) defined in the study 3) The complete list of SARS-CoV-2 sequences considered in the study and their assignment to the corresponding HG and MHG 4) Estimates of allele frequencies based on the time intervals discussed in the paper See the readme file for more information and a more thorough description of the data herein provided These data will be updated regularly.
