We revealed a single cell transcriptional landscape of bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells derived from the fetal growth plate cartilage Overall design: GFP+ and tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from postnatal day 21 (P21) femurs of Cxcl12-GFP; Fgfr3-iCreER; R26R-tdTomato mice, with tamoxifen injection at embryonic day (E12.5). 18,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 2. platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq4000.
