NCT03343197: Clinical Biomarker Data

Patients with IDH1-mutated low-grade glioma were treated with AG-120 (ivosidenib), AG-881 (vorasidenib), or Placebo for 28 days before surgical resection. A portion of the surgical sample was submitted for exome capture-based transcriptome sequencing (Personalis ACE Whole Transcriptome).
