Sequencing of isolates from Galleria mellonella feeding tubes grown with electronic waste

Galleria mellonella larva were dissected for the feeding tubes. Feeding tubes were incubated in minimal media containing electronic waste as the sole carbon source. Bacterial isolates were whole-genome sequenced to determine phylogeny and the presence of genes relevant to the degradation of electronic waste.
